We fished off the pier in the back yard, swam in the pool (many times), had family and friends over to visit in the massive outdoor patio area, and played football and wiffle ball in the big yard. "Awesome place. We were there for a bachelor party and it couldn't have been a more perfect setting. It's an ideal summer house. Top-notch outdoor entertainment area — a large decked space, top of the line grill, bar/counter, two fridges, a pool, large yard for games, and a short walk to the river where we caught multiple catfish. Host Terry was extremely quick and timely — when the AC wasn't running properly, Terry had someone there within a couple of hours to fix it. Highly recommend."
